Lance Johnson is a native of Hebron, Nebraska. He has over 40 years of experience in estate and trust planning, real estate, guardianship, and conservatorship issues. In addition, he has extensive experience in income tax matters, including the representation of clients to establish, conduct, and assist in 1031 free exchanges. He also advises clients in the areas of corporate and limited liability company foundation and operation and has served as attorney for seven southeast Nebraska municipal corporations.
