Kent E. Endacott

Kent Endacott is a partner focusing on estate planning, business law, and banking and financial institutions. His practice includes implementing advanced estate tax planning techniques for high-net-worth clients, helping community banks with mergers and acquisitions, and providing general corporate counsel. Kent also represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service A fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) since 2008, Kent is recognized by his peers as one of the top trust and estate planning attorneys in the United States. He previously served as chairperson of the ACTEC Heart of America Region and is currently a member of the Employee Benefits Committee.

Kent is also a lecturer and member of the planning committee to the annual Estate and Business Planning Seminar at the University of Nebraska College of Law and School of Accountancy. He has served since 2015 on the Board of Directors of the Great Plains Federal Tax Institute, which provides professional development for attorneys, CPAs, and other tax professionals.
