Amber Fae Herrick served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Nebraska Department of Justice in the area of civil litigation from 1998 to 2004. In 2004, she established Herrick Law Office as a solo practitioner, concentrating on estate planning and guardianship matters. From 2005 to 2007, Amber was also an adjunct teacher at Hamilton College, where she taught courses in criminal law, criminal procedure, and business law as well as paralegal courses.
